                    Prerequisite: Heartaculture I

   September 20 & 21
   Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
   Overnight is optional, but encouraged to get the most    out of your experience
   Sunday, 9:00 am - noon

   Las Rocas Retreat Center, Skull Valley, AZ;    About   20 miles from Prescott, a mile off Iron   Springs Road(directions will be given upon registration).   A brand new off-the-grid, comfortable, interior for our   base, with over  40 acres of trees, underbrush, boulders,   and wild life, to explore and enjoy.

   Bring good walking shoes, a sun hat, and personal   water bottle.

   For lunch on Saturday: please bring something to   share. It can be some ingredients or a whole dish. Let    your heart be your guide! Beverages will be provided.

 Come, learn, experience, and enjoy!

   Tuition: $175.

   Please register by Friday, Sept 12! We must have a    minimum of 6 for the workshop to take place. Max
   is 20.

   For overnight accommodations:
  * airbeds to put where you wish....a large glassed-in           porch and a shared bedroom are some options. Also a     couple single beds and/or cots are possible.
    With linens and pillow,$30; with your own linens    and pillow, $20; bring your own mattress and linens,    $5. (Pay on arrival.)

  Saturday night dinner: Can be a light veggie meal  (provided) at the center, or a fun time at the historic  Kirkland cowboy bar and restaurant. Great steaks, or  grilled chicken, fish, big baked potatoes, salad, beans,  etc. Also, live music is   usual........and dancing!

 Sunday morning breakfast: The quaint Skull Valley  Cafe is a short way down the road (A nice early morning  walk?) and offers a great early-bird special for $5.00! Or  you can bring your own breakfast favorites to enjoy at the  center.
